Job SummaryLeverages data and technology to support the sales organization, diagnose issues, and design solutions.

ResponsibilitiesGTM Process TransformationPartners with Partner Sales, Channel, Alliances, Marketing, Commercial, and CRO leadership to identify and prioritize high-impact partner process improvements aligned to revenue objectivesHelps define and refine scalable operating models across partner-led motions including partner sourcing, co-sell, deal registration, partner opportunity management, and partner renewalsDevelops lightweight business cases and ROI assessments to inform prioritization decisionsCollaborates cross-functionally to translate strategic initiatives into clear process, policy, and system requirements Process Design & GovernanceLeads design and documentation of global process standards across key partner lifecycle domains (e.g., partner onboarding, partner lead management, deal registration, co-sell motions, attribution, incentive management, and partner renewals)Defines roles, responsibilities, stage criteria, and handoffs across Partner, Sales, Marketing, Commercial, and Operations teamsEstablishes governance structures and ensures consistent global adoption of standardized partner processesDrives continuous improvement by identifying breakdowns, root causes, and opportunities for simplificationProgram Execution & Change EnablementPartners with Partner Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Legal, and Technology teams to execute prioritized initiativesTranslates business needs into actionable requirements and collaborates with digital/technology teams through implementationSupports rollout of new partner programs, processes, and capabilities while ensuring alignment with enablement and communication plansMeasures impact of changes using defined success metrics and drives iterative refinementCross-Functional CollaborationActs as a trusted advisor to Partner and CRO leaders on partner process effectiveness, scalability, and growth opportunitiesWorks closely with CRO and Technology teams to ensure process, policy, and system alignmentConsiders up
  • and downstream impacts of process changes across the partner ecosystem and customer lifecycleQualificationsPreferred Qualifications10+ years of experience in GTM Transformation, Partner Operations, Channel Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, or similar functions within a technology or B2B enterprise environmentExperience designing and operationalizing partner-led go-to-market processes, including partner onboarding, lead management, deal registration, co-sell motions, partner attribution, and partner opportunity managementProven track record leading cross-functional transformation initiatives and establishing scalable operating models across Partner, Sales, Marketing, Commercial, and Technology organizationsStrong understanding of how partner motions integrate with the broader Lead-to-Cash lifecycle, including lead routing, opportunity management, forecasting, renewals, and revenue attributionThe targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:

  • 181,000 CAD / AnnualOur pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.
The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.

The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
