- Your Responsibilities
- Create and refine comprehensive financial models and long-term financial plans Collaborate closely with executive teams to evaluate and enhance financial outcomes Conduct detailed business analysis to facilitate strategic choices Develop and optimize financial reporting systems and performance metrics Deliver insightful financial presentations and propose strategic recommendations Engage in multi-departmental projects and transformational initiatives •What We're Looking For•A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related area Minimum of three years immersed in financial planning and analysis Proficiency in advanced financial modeling and forecasting Expertise in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (Sage X3 advantageous) Preferable experience with analytical and reporting tools Strong interpersonal and communication skills to navigate diverse business relationships Experience in Food & Beverage or CPG sectors considered highly advantageous If you're eager to drive impactful business practices within a thriving organization that champions personal and professional growth, we encourage you to apply.
