FORUM Credit Union is looking for a dynamic Mortgage Operations Manager to play a key leadership role on our Mortgage Operations team. You'll lead the day-to-day operations of our Home Equity function - driving performance, improving processes, and developing a high-performing team. The Home Equity Manager is responsible for overseeing the processing and closing functions of home equity products, including training and developing staff, managing pipeline performance, and ensuring compliance with credit union and investor guidelines. This role also maintains an active pipeline while supporting strategic initiatives across the department. This position is onsite at our Corporate Headquarters in Fishers, Indiana.
