A growing consumer products organization is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to serve as a key business partner to executive leadership and play a critical role in shaping the company's financial strategy. This position was created as part of a long-term succession planning initiative and offers significant visibility across the organization. The successful candidate will work directly with senior leadership to drive budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, business intelligence reporting, and strategic decision-making. We are seeking a highly motivated finance professional who wants to influence decisions, improve processes, and become a trusted advisor to business leaders.
Successful candidates will have:
Strong budgeting and forecasting experience Advanced FP&A, financial modeling, and analytical capabilities Experience creating actionable business insights from financial and operational data Advanced Power BI and Excel expertise Strong understanding of accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls Excellent communication and presentation skills The ability to simplify complex financial information for non-financial leaders A proactive, self-directed mindset and willingness to take ownership of critical initiatives Preferred Background Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Progressive experience across FP&A, accounting, finance, and business analysis functions Experience supporting executive leadership teams Power BI expertise required Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools CPA, CMA, or MBA is a plus Consumer products, manufacturing, distribution, or related industry experience is highly desirable Long-Term Opportunity This role was created with growth in mind.
