Duties Manage all aspects of automotive financing and insurance processes, including loan structuring, credit analysis, and title processing. Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication, upselling additional products such as extended warranties or insurance options. Lead negotiations to secure favorable loan terms while ensuring compliance with TILA (Truth in Lending Act), federal and state regulations, and dealership policies. Oversee loan officer activities, including loan processing, credit approval, and documentation accuracy using financial software like CDK or similar systems. Ensure all transactions adhere to automotive sales industry regulations and financial regulatory compliance standards. Conduct client consultations to explain financing options clearly, answer questions about contracts, and facilitate smooth deal closures. Collaborate with sales teams to maximize upselling opportunities while maintaining high levels of customer service and satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in automotive finance management or a similar role within a dealership environment. Strong knowledge of automotive sales industry regulations, financial services, and legal compliance related to loans and contracts. Demonstrated expertise in credit analysis, transaction structuring, and loan processing procedures. Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to clients. Proficiency with financial software such as CDK or equivalent dealership management systems. Basic math skills including 10 key typing accuracy for quick data entry and calculations. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools to enhance client engagement and retention. Ability to stay current on industry knowledge of financial regulations like TILA and title processing requirements.
