1 Job Description The Manager of Revenue Cycle - Cash Control is responsible for overseeing all cash posting, reconciliation, and payment integrity functions across hospital and professional billing operations. This role ensures accurate and timely application of payments, minimizes cash variances, and strengthens financial controls to safeguard revenue. The manager partners with Patient Accounting, Finance, HIM, and Managed Care to ensure end-to-end revenue integrity and compliance with payer and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required 5+ years of experience in revenue cycle, with strong focus on cash posting, reconciliation, or payment integrity Leadership or supervisory experience required Experience in hospital and physician billing environments strongly preferred Experience with Epic Resolute (HB/PB) highly preferred Strong understanding of end-to-end revenue cycle, especially back-end processes Expertise in cash posting, reconciliation, and credit balance management Knowledge of ERA/EOB processing, payer remittance formats, and adjustment codes Familiarity with general ledger reconciliation and financial reporting Experience with Epic work queues, reporting, and cash management workflows Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Ability to manage large data sets and identify trends or discrepancies Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Strong leadership and team development capabilities Completion of Epic proficiency/certification required for applicable Epic modules Your Extraordinary Career Starts Here We invite you to join our team of professionals where your unique talents will be well utilized in a work environment that promotes your further growth and development.
