Chief Development Officer The Role Evolv is hiring a Partnerships & Implementation Manager to own the success of our community bank and credit union partners —from onboarding and launch through training, enablement, and ongoing growth . You'll act as the operational quarterback for assigned institutions, ensuring strong launches, active banker engagement, consistent referral flow, and clear performance reporting. What You'll Do Partner Management (Relationship Ownership) The Partnerships & Implementation Manager will manage day-to-day relationships for assigned bank and credit union partners post-signature Run recurring production reviews, growth planning, and engagement check-ins with bank leadership and branch teams Build relationships with branch managers, commercial bankers, treasury management, and small business teams Drive banker engagement and referral generation through proactive communication and support Own growth and profitability for assigned partners (Tier II segment stewardship) Onboarding & Implementation (Launch / Go-Live) Lead partner onboarding and implementation from kickoff through activation Coordinate onboarding meetings, training schedules, MAC setup, and launch milestones The Partnerships & Implementation Manager will manage cross-functional coordination across operations, underwriting, accounting, marketing, and implementation Support co-branded marketing requests, referral portal setup, and onboarding workflows Conduct post-launch reviews to confirm successful activation and partner satisfaction Training & Enablement Deliver training to bank/credit union teams on Evolv's solutions, including: Merchant processing, dual pricing, ACH/payment tools Payroll, accounting/bookkeeping services Digital marketing solutions (VIV) The Partnerships & Implementation Manager will equip bankers to identify opportunities, have referral conversations, and position Evolv's bundled offering Coordinate ongoing training and product rollout enablement Reporting & Operational Support The Partnerships & Implementation Manager will use MAC (Merchant Application Center) to track partner activity, referrals, onboarding progress, and KPIs Assist with residual reporting explanations and commission inquiries Identify and resolve implementation or operational issues with internal teams Maintain clean CRM documentation and implementation records Business Development (for smaller new institutions) For institutions generally under 15 branches and/or < $1B assets , support recruiting and contract negotiation as needed What Success Looks Like The Partnerships & Implementation Manager will launch partners on time with clear milestones and strong adoption Banker engagement is active and improving (training participation + referral flow) Production reporting is consistent, accurate, and used in partner conversations Issues are resolved quickly with strong internal coordination Assigned portfolio shows measurable growth and long-term relationship health Compensation Structure Compensation will include a combination of: Base salary Production-based bonus Residual participation Implementation incentives Relationship growth incentives Final structure is based on experience, production expectations, and territory responsibilities. Qualifications 3-7 years experience in banking, merchant services, relationship management, treasury management, fintech, or business banking support Experience working with community banks and/or credit unions strongly preferred Strong communication, relationship management, and stakeholder presence Highly organized; able to manage multiple partner implementations simultaneously Comfortable delivering training/presentations virtually and in person Familiarity with merchant services, payroll, accounting solutions, or SMB banking products preferred Experience with CRM systems and onboarding workflows preferred Ability to travel regionally for partner meetings and branch training
