Finance Manager About the
Opportunity:
A growing, privately backed manufacturing organization is seeking a Finance Manager to support continued expansion and operational excellence. This is a highly visible role that will partner with finance leadership and operations teams to drive reporting, forecasting, compliance, and strategic decision-making. The position offers strong exposure to leadership, the opportunity to influence processes, and long-term career growth within a dynamic environment.
Compensation:
$115,000 - $125,000 base salary
Key Responsibilities:
Lead tax compliance, reporting, and filing activities. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Support cash flow planning, capital expenditure tracking, and fixed asset management. Participate in inventory-related financial analysis and reporting. Partner with operations and accounting teams to improve processes and financial visibility. Provide leadership with actionable financial insights and recommendations. Assist with ERP utilization, reporting enhancements, and process improvements.
Qualifications:
Required Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA designation required. 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience. Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and tax compliance. Experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or product-based environment. Advanced Excel and ERP system experience. Preferred Experience in a high-growth organization. Background supporting multi-site operations. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, D365, or similar ERP systems.
