Full Job Description Description:
The Revenue Analysis Supervisor plays a critical role in analyzing and recording revenue. This position requires a highly analytical individual with strong financial modeling and data analysis skills. This position will oversee revenue reporting, ensuring accuracy and providing insightful recommendations. They must be able to manipulate and analyze large datasets and perform detailed, accurate work. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and be very detail oriented, capable of conveying complex financial information clearly and concisely. They will also demonstrate problem-solving abilities and a commitment to process improvement.
Responsibilities:
Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue reports. Conduct variance analysis Collaborate with management to gather data and ensure data integrity. Oversee the revenue planning process, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Monthend close reconciliation, commission calculations, and balance sheet reconciliation Implement and maintain reporting processes, focusing on accuracy and efficiency. Demonstrate strong organizational skills and time management to meet deadlines.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or revenue management. Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task Strong communication and interpersonal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive financial information..
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field. Experience with revenue recognition principles. Familiarity with invoicing processes.

Detail Oriented, Operations, Microsoft Outlook, Coordinating, Writing, Multitasking, Administrative Support, Microsoft Office, Filing, Customer Service, Administrative Functions, Clerical Works Experience Required 3 - 5 years: Financial analysis or Revenue Management Education Required Bachelor's or better in Accounting or related field
