Experienced Automotive Finance Manager & Sales Manager About the Opportunity We are seeking proven, high-performing leaders to join a busy, growth-oriented automotive dealership. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Finance Managers and Sales Managers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are focused on driving results, profitability, and an exceptional customer experience.
Positions Available:
Automotive Finance Manager (F&I) We are looking for a results-driven F&I professional who can effectively manage the finance process while maximizing backend performance and maintaining full compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Present and sell finance and insurance products (VSC, GAP, protection plans) Structure deals and secure lender approvals Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and lender guidelines Maintain strong product penetration and profitability Deliver a professional and efficient customer experience
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager Strong closing skills and product knowledge High level of integrity and attention to detail Ability to perform in a high-volume environment Automotive Sales Manager Seeking a hands-on leader who can desk deals, drive performance, and develop a winning sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Desk deals and structure transactions for maximum gross Lead, coach, and motivate sales staff to hit volume and profit goals Manage CRM activity, lead follow-up, and sales processes Work closely with F&I to ensure seamless deal flow Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
