Job Summary We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations and help ensure the organization's long-term financial health and sustainability. The Finance Manager will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, accounting oversight, cash management, compliance, and financial analysis. This position will work closely with organizational leadership to provide accurate financial information, strengthen financial processes, and support informed decision-making. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day financial and accounting operations. Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and related accounting functions. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. Lead the annual budgeting process and maintain financial forecasts. Monitor budget-to-actual results, investigate variances, and communicate findings to leadership. Monitor cash flow and support effective cash management. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure appropriate internal controls are in place. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, organizational policies, grant requirements, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate annual audits and work with external auditors, accountants, and other financial partners. Assist with tax filings and other required financial reporting. Provide financial analysis and recommendations to organizational leadership. Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, controls, reporting, and operational efficiency. Support leadership with financial planning and long-term organizational strategy. Perform other finance-related duties as assigned.
