KS Job Overview & Essential Functions MHC Financial Services, LLC represents MHC as their captive finance company facilitating the sale and delivery of Kenworth, Volvo, Hino, and Isuzu trucks. As MHCFS continues to grow, we have an opening for a Finance and Insurance Manager. The Finance and Insurance Manager is responsible for helping customers secure truck financing for their used truck purchase at a MHC dealership. MHC Financial Services (MHCFS) works with dealership sales teams to drive truck sales while also selling additional finance product offerings to increase revenue. The Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager is the liaison between customers, MHC dealerships, and lenders to facilitate the financing of the truck purchase from credit application to closing process. Build strong relationships with Used Truck Salespeople, Used Truck Sales Managers and Branch Managers.

Develop in-depth knowledge of MHC Financial Services (MHCFS) and external lenders credit and pricing parameters to be able to quickly match financing requests with appropriate lenders.

Review credit package, truck order and truck analysis to determine which lenders will provide the best solution for each financing request.

Provide financing commitments from MHCFS or outside lender to facilitate the financing portion of the truck sale to the dealerships and maximize income for MHC Financial Services.

Negotiate finance terms and closes installment contracts with customer.

Ensure stipulations of financing commitment are met prior to funding.

Maintain a satisfactory yield on finance contracts.

Provides finance sales metrics down to the Used Truck Salesperson level. These metrics are provided to the Used Truck Managers, Branch Managers, and Regional VPs monthly.

Attends branch Used Truck sales meetings on a periodic basis, review pending applications, open approvals, expired approvals and finance sales metrics.

Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

1 to 3 years' experience in equipment lending or commercial credit is preferred. Insurance industry experience a plus.

Ability to effectively communicate and manage time in a fast-paced work environment with a high-volume workload.

Strong closing and negotiating skills.

Experience creating a positive sales environment and providing excellent customer service. Benefits Competitive Salary
