Manager of Financial Reporting

Overview Position Summary:

The Manager of Financial Reporting is primarily responsible for overseeing month-end financial reporting, preparing year-end financial statements, coordinating the year-end audit process, accounting for acquisitions, and reviewing equity activity on the balance sheet. Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead the preparation and review of monthly consolidated financial statements in compliance with

U.S. GAAP.

Participate in technical accounting research and drive the implementation and adoption of new and revised accounting standards. Direct the year‑end financial reporting process, including coordination of audit requests and preparation of financial statements and related footnotes. Review purchase agreements and evaluate the accounting implications of new acquisitions, including oversight of post‑opening balance sheet entries. Manage and provide strategic oversight to a Senior Corporate Accountant responsible for day‑to‑day equity accounting activities, including minority interest redemptions, contributions, and distributions. Oversee the preparation, review, and reconciliation of net income allocations across legal entities to ensure accuracy and consistency. Review and ensure the timely and accurate processing of acquisition holdbacks and earn‑out payments to sellers.
