Maintain organized accounting files and ensure supporting documentation is complete, retrievable, and properly retained. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, or a closely related field required. Two years of accounting experience preferred; experience in multi-entity accounting is beneficial. Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end close procedures. Strong Excel skills and ability to learn and work across multiple accounting and operational systems. Ability to maintain accurate records across multiple entities while meeting recurring deadlines.
