Job DescriptionJob Description As the Accounting & Administrative Manager, you will serve as a key support to financial operations, working closely with the CFO and leadership team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all accounting functions. Key Responsibilities Bookkeeping & Financial Records Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software Record daily financial transactions and ensure proper documentation Accounts Payable & Receivable Process invoices and ensure timely payments Manage client invoicing and follow up on outstanding balances Bank Reconciliation Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner Financial Reporting Prepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements Provide regular financial updates to the leadership team Compliance & Audits Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations Assist with audit preparation and related documentation Budgeting & Forecasting Collaborate with the CFO to develop and monitor budgets Support financial forecasting and strategic planning efforts Payroll Support Audit and input billable time for hourly employees Coordinate with payroll providers to ensure accurate processing and compliance Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Proficiency in QuickBooks Online High attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Professional references available upon request
