Job Description
The Private Equity group of the Boston, MA office seeks to add Mid-Level Corporate Associates to its office. Candidates should have 5-6 years of significant deal experience at a major law firm working on private equity and M&A transactions. The ideal candidate has experience advising financial sponsors and their portfolio companies on significant transactional matters (mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, divestitures) and other similar transactions, as well as general corporate matters and other general portfolio company management. Excellent academic credentials, attention to detail, drive to assist the Firm in maintaining and developing client relationships, and strong writing skills are required.
