Finance Manager

NEDS is actively seeking a high-performing Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join a well-established, volume, family-owned automotive dealership. We're looking for a driven professional with a proven track record in automotive F&I and a stable, successful career history. Must have F&I experience and proven success, to be considered.

• Demonstrated success in automotive F&I
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction
• Stable employment history in the automotive industry
• Experienced in sales and finance operations, training and motivating a sales team
• History of finance sales, organization, lender relations and ethical practices
• Successful at sales, leasing and overall PVR performance
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor

Pay:

$225,000.00 - $275,000.00 per year
