• Hybrid / Cambridge, MA Our client, a multi-site professional services organization, is seeking an Accounting Manager to support core accounting operations across several business locations.

This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting activities, supporting close and reporting processes, and partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate financial operations and compliance. Responsibilities Manage general accounting activities for assigned entities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions Support month-end close processes and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting Review and analyze financial statements and account activity to maintain data integrity Track and report on routine financial metrics and operational performance indicators Assist with audit preparation and compliance-related activities Partner with operational leaders on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reviews Review vendor payments, expense activity, and credit card transactions Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Experience supporting multi-entity accounting environments NetSuite experience preferred; QuickBooks a plus Real estate or multi-site industry experience is a plus Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
