The right candidate will:

Possess the ability to work with the sales and management teams. Manage the F&I process from a customer perspective as well as professionally manage paperwork OFAC, Red Flag, in-transit contracts and the like. Work closely with all dealership personnel to insure an exceptional and highly professional customer experience. Help manage deal structure and profit levels as well as assist in goal setting and achieving stated objectives for PSPT, PRU and warranty penetration. Insure that all deal related documentation meets all state, federal and organization guidelines, as well as insuring a fully transparent, ethical transaction with each and every customer. Possess the ability to work with customers during the sale and after-sale process to insure high conversion and customer retention.
