This role offers strong visibility within the finance organization and the chance to partner closely with operations, helping drive profitability and strategic decision-making. What You'll Do Develop and maintain product standard costs Analyze material, labor, and overhead costs to identify trends and improve profitability Perform inventory valuation, cycle count analysis, and cost of goods sold reporting Evaluate manufacturing variances and provide actionable recommendations Partner with operations on capital investment (CAPEX) and ROI analysis Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost planning initiatives Ensure compliance with SOX controls and assist with internal and external audits Utilize ERP data to improve reporting and cost visibility What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business 2+ years of cost accounting experience within a manufacturing environment Experience with inventory, standard costing, and variance analysis Strong ERP system experience and advanced Excel skills Ability to analyze data and communicate financial insights to business leaders Compensation & Benefits $100,000-$120,000 base salary Comprehensive benefits package Opportunity to join a high-growth manufacturing organization with strong career advancement potential
