Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) - Hybrid / Boston, MA Our client, a healthcare-focused organization, is seeking a Senior Manager of FP&A to support financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting for research and development teams. This role partners closely with operational leaders to provide financial insights, support decision-making, and ensure accurate financial tracking. Responsibilities Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning activities Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis and insights Assist with month-end close activities, including accruals and spend analysis Track and manage vendor commitments, invoices, and financial controls Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses Support scenario modeling and ad hoc financial analysis Identify and support improvements to financial processes and reporting tools Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred 5+ years of FP&A or finance experience within life sciences, biotech, or pharma Experience with financial planning tools (Adaptive Insights preferred) and ERP systems Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
