Job Description
Looking for a change for the new year? We are a growing dealership looking for an experienced Finance Manager. Responsibilities - Assesses and analyzes the customer's needs with respect to ownership, coverage and history of traded vehicle Presents finance and insurance product menu to every customer while illustrating the product benefits and features Captures all customer information, confirms title information, and insurance information Collects a signed final menu document that outlines the financial terms in the final purchase contract, retail installment contract (or lease contract), and lists the products the customer declined Confirms all bank stipulations are met and confirms with customer prior to vehicle delivery Verifies that all required documents are signed correctly and that all monies due to dealer are collected prior to delivery Records receipt funds in compliance with policies, including proper Cash Reporting guidelines Ensures that products sold are priced within pricing guidelines Forwards documents to appropriate deal and registration clerks, while coordinating product installations Qualifications - At least 5 years of experience in Automotive Finance required (luxury/high-end) Possesses effective verbal and written communication skills Meets deadlines, prioritizes assignments, and multi-tasks under pressure Reports any situation or condition that would jeopardize the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, its customers or employees to management Maintains professional appearance and confident, positive and high energy presence Understands and complies with federal, state and local regulations Able to pass background and drug screenings Holds a valid driver's license and has a clean driving record
