Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide a billing team of four professionals, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Oversee billing processes for insurance clients, maintaining accuracy and compliance.
• Utilize and manage billing software to streamline invoicing and reporting functions.
• Ensure all electronic billing activities align with client and organizational requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Monitor billing system performance and recommend improvements as needed.
• Generate financial reports and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Maintain strong client relationships by addressing billing concerns promptly and professionally.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and productivity. Requirements
• Proven experience in managing billing teams, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of billing systems and electronic invoicing processes.
• Familiarity with attorney-specific billing software is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze and resolve billing issues effectively.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in generating financial reports and interpreting data.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
