Job Description

We are seeking a Business Manager who is ready to step into a leadership role and take ownership of the financial and operational health of the agency. This position sits on the Leadership Team and plays a key role in how the company operates, grows, and makes strategic decisions. What You'll Be Part Of You'll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure financial systems, processes, and people are aligned and performing effectively. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who: Leads by example Brings structure and clarity Holds others accountable Understands both the details and the bigger picture Key Responsibilities You will oversee the financial health of the organization while supporting operational excellence across finance, HR, and internal systems.
Responsibilities Include:
Lead financial planning, reporting, and compliance efforts Ensure accurate and timely reporting to support business decisions Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning Support leadership with financial analysis and operational insights Oversee internal financial controls and processes Help drive organizational accountability and efficiency Core Accountabilities Lead, Manage, and Hold Accountability (LMA) Financial Budgeting, Reporting & Compliance HR Administration Oversight Office Operations & IT Oversight Legal, Contracts & Insurance Management Qualifications We're looking for someone who combines strong financial expertise with operational leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Management-level experience in accounting and finance Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office, especially Excel Experience with data visualization and reporting tools Strong understanding of financial statements, cash flow management, and financial reporting Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning Knowledge of GAAP and compliance requirements Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead through others Clear, professional, and consistent communication skills
Pay:
$85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
