Job Description

Accuracy of recording to the General Ledger including posting and reconciliation. Development and maintenance of sufficient internal controls and reviews to ensure integrity of statements. Responsible for forecasting/budgeting in partnership with the GM, corporate FP&A, and business development teams Direct and manageable timely collection of receivables and ensuring customers adhere to terms agreed to, serving as liaison between company and customer where necessary. Responsible for purchasing personnel and directing work to ensure the most cost-effective solutions from vendors including competitive bids and timely delivery Responsible for timely and accurate support of all local initiatives of an administrative nature Ensure the timely reporting for all monthly financial information. Prepare annual budgets and quarterly forecasts. Analyze and articulate revenue and cost variances to budgets, forecasts and prior period results. Verifies the accuracy of accounting documents and records Managing and directing finance needs with customers and vendors. Ensure proper training and supervision of staff Responsible for timely and accurate support of all corporate initiatives, information requests and back-up assistance Performs other duties as assigned or required. COMPENSATION RANGE
