Accounting Manager

Robert Half Accounting Manager Wilbraham, MA Apply Description We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team in Wilbraham, Massachusetts. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting audit processes. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in accounting principles and intercompany financial management.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain fixed asset and depreciation schedules with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Reconcile intercompany accounts and ensure cash flow consistency across entities.
• Support year-end audit activities by providing necessary documentation and resolving queries.
• Track financial covenants and oversee debt service agreements to ensure compliance.
• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions efficiently.
• Perform treasury activities, including cash flow monitoring and financial reporting.
• Coordinate year-end closings and ensure timely completion of financial statements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve financial processes and reporting standards.
• Analyze and report on financial data to support strategic decision-making. Requirements
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting or financial management.
• Strong knowledge of intercompany accounting practices and reconciliation processes.
• Expertise in audit support and year-end closings.
• Proficiency in managing financial covenants and debt service agreements.
• Familiarity with treasury activities and cash flow analysis.
• Hands-on experience with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
