- 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience
- Strong background in FP&A, controllership, treasury, and financial operations
- Experience within venture-backed startups, robotics, hardware, manufacturing, SaaS, or technology environments
- Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP and audit-ready financial reporting
- Experience managing budgeting, forecasting, cash flow modeling, and board reporting
- Knowledge of equity administration, cap table management, and 409A valuation processes
- Experience overseeing external auditors, tax providers, and banking relationships
- Ability to build and improve financial controls and operational processes
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field Desired Skills & Experience
- CPA designation strongly preferred
- Experience supporting Series B/C or later-stage startup growth
- Background working with hardware, AI, robotics, or operationally intensive businesses
- Experience implementing ERP, accounting, or financial planning systems
- Familiarity with investor relations and board-level communication
