A highly successful local company is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead all accounting and financial reporting functions while serving as a strategic partner to senior leadership. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a well-established, growing small- to mid-sized organization with a strong track record of success. About the Role This role will oversee a small accounting team and take ownership of day-to-day accounting operations, financial planning and analysis, and inventory accounting and valuation. Responsibilities Lead all accounting and financial reporting functions. Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership. Oversee a small accounting team. Take ownership of day-to-day accounting operations. Manage financial planning and analysis. Handle inventory accounting and valuation. Qualifications B.S. in Accounting or Finance. Demonstrated supervisory experience. ERP proficiency. NetSuite experience is required; CPA preferred. Required Skills Hands-on, analytically driven professionals. Ability to excel in fast-paced environments. Looking to make a meaningful impact. NetSuite Preferred Skills Experience in small- to mid-sized organizations.
