Automotive Finance Manager
We are looking for an Experienced Automotive F&I Manager!
Income potential $180,000 - $220,000At Bob Bell, we strive to make every customer a customer for life. Responsibilities1. Develop a comprehensive menu selling process to help maximize the finance department's overall profitability and product penetration2. Track portfolio with lenders3. Review and inspect the flow of the department's paperwork on a daily basis to ensure a timely turnaround on all deals4. Demonstrate complete commitment to supporting the sales department in achieving its goals5. Be an example of professional morals, ethics, and excellent customer service6. Work closely with sales team on enforcement of proper selling methods7. Set and maintain finance department work schedule Qualifications 1. Prior experience as an automotive finance manager required 2. Excellent communication and customer service skills 3. Professional appearance and work ethic 4. Self-motivation 5.
