Join our dynamic dealership team as a Finance Assistant and be the key player helping customers drive away happy! This role is perfect for someone with administrative experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to build a career in automotive finance. Key Responsibilities Support the Finance Manager in preparing and processing vehicle financing and leasing paperwork Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time Verify customer information and maintain compliance with lending and legal requirements Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all documentation meets compliance standards Coordinate with banks, lenders, and insurance providers to streamline approvals Track funding status and follow up on outstanding items Assist with scheduling customer deliveries and managing deal flow Provide excellent customer service during the finance and delivery process Other duties as assigned by management Benefits Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications Full time position with growth potential Health, dental, and vision insurance.
