Job Description Harmer has partnered with a company in the Manufacturing industry seeking to hire for position of Cost Accounting Manager .
Location:
Frederick, Maryland (open to relocation)
Work Model:
Onsite Compensation:
Base + Bonus + Benefits Role responsible to lead the cost accounting function and contribute to broader financial operations. Responsibilities include analyzing reporting, controlling manufacturing costs while overseeing key aspects of general ledger, monthly close processes, and financial reporting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA or CMA a strong plus 5+ years of experience with emphasis on cost accounting skills Strong understanding of GAAP, cost accounting principles, and internal controls Proficiency in ERP systems Manufacturing experience strongly preferred
