Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team. In this vital role, you will lead the financial services department, helping customers secure financing options while ensuring compliance with industry regulations such as TILA (Truth in Lending Act). Your expertise in dealership operations, loan processing, and credit analysis will drive sales success and foster lasting customer relationships. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the customer experience positively while supporting our dealership's growth. Duties Guide customers through the financing process, presenting loan options tailored to their needs and budgets Conduct credit analysis to determine eligibility and appropriate financing terms Prepare and review contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards such as TILA requirements Upsell additional products such as warranties, insurance packages, and service plans to maximize dealership profitability Manage loan processing from application submission to approval, title processing, and funding Build strong customer relationships through excellent service, negotiation skills, and clear communication Utilize financial software to document transactions accurately and maintain detailed records of all deals Qualifications Proven experience as a loan officer or in a similar financial services role within a dealership environment Strong knowledge of credit analysis, contract negotiations, and loan processing procedures Familiarity with automotive sales processes and dealership operations Excellent customer relationship management skills with a focus on upselling and customer satisfaction Proficiency in financial software applications and basic math skills for accurate calculations Ability to perform 10-key typing efficiently for data entry tasks Knowledge of Title processing procedures and relevant legal regulations such as TILA Effective negotiation skills combined with a friendly, professional demeanor Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while advancing your career in the automotive industry!
Pay:
$35,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
