- Cash and Liquidity is responsible for the company's global cash positioning, liquidity management, intercompany funding, and daily treasury operations.
- Manage daily global cash positioning across the U.S., EMEA and Asia
- Oversee daily cash forecasting and reporting
- Monitor bank balances and optimize global cash utilization
- Support FCF(free cash flow) forecast Liquidity Management
- Develop and execute short
- and long-term liquidity strategies
- Maintain adequate liquidity to support business operations
- Optimize cash investments and borrowing decisions
- Support ABL (Asset Based Lending) facility Intercompany Funding
- Manage global intercompany loan portfolio
- Execute and monitor intercompany borrowings and repayment
- Ensure compliance with tax requirements
- Partner with Tax and Accounting on intercompany financing structures Treasury Management System & Process Improvement
- Optimize Quantum Treasury Management System
- Assist with Bank Account Management
- Lead Cash Automation and Cash Explorer Project ## Minimum requirements
- Bachelor's degree of higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Corporate Finance. ## Preferred skills and experiences
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate treasury, specifically in global cash management and intercompany structures.
- Ability to navigate multiple time zones and cultural nuances within the EMEA and Asia markets.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills for managing bank relationships and cross-functional internal stakeholders.
- Direct experience with Quantum TMS or similar enterprise treasury workstations.
- Understanding of global banking regulations and KYC requirements.
