Finance Manager

Job Summary:

As an Automotive Finance Manager, you will be responsible for presenting finance and insurance products to customers, securing funding through lender partners, and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with a deep understanding of F&I products, compliance regulations, and a strong desire to close deals efficiently and ethically.

Key Responsibilities:

Present and sell finance, lease, and insurance programs to customers Secure and maintain relationships with banks, credit unions, and other lending institutions Submit deals to lenders, obtain approvals, and track funding Ensure all deals comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations Accurately complete all F&I paperwork and submit to accounting in a timely manner Achieve and exceed dealership finance and product penetration goals Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism Stay up to date on lender programs, compliance requirements, and industry trends

Qualifications:
