Job Description
Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Financial Program Manager to support one of our automotive customers in Dearborn, MI. The person in this position is going to be providing financial planning, forecasting, funding management, and program budget support for multiple future programs.

Additional responsibilities will include:
Establish and maintain program financial checkbooks, including budget setup, line-item creation, and ongoing financial management Develop, maintain, and communicate program spending forecasts, ensuring accurate funding requirements are reflected at key program milestones Coordinate with engineering skill teams, program management, and finance partners to collect cost estimates, funding requests, study budgets, and forecast updates Monitor program financial commitments and milestone deliverables, driving timely completion of required inputs and escalating risks, missed deadlines, or forecast concerns as necessary Manage allocation of approved funding based on study submissions, Program Change Control (PCC) actions, and evolving program requirements, including identification and integration of funding needs Ensure financial compliance through accurate forecasting, budget tracking, variance analysis, and proper classification of expenditures between capital and expense accounts Develop and maintain financial reporting dashboards, charts, and executive-level presentations summarizing program commitments, spend forecasts, funding requirements, budget status, and key financial risks for weekly leaderships reviews and milestone decision meetings.Compensation:
$38-43/hour Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
