Saugatuck Brewing Company About the Role We are seeking a highly organized, hands-on Finance Manager to lead our day-to-day financial operations. This role is responsible for maintaining the financial health of both our production brewery and our high-volume pub restaurant. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats—owning core financial and accounting processes while helping keep the business running smoothly behind the scenes. You will ensure that our margins stay healthy, our inventory is accurate, and our team members are paid on time. Key Responsibilities Perform regular day-to-day accounting operations (AP/AR, invoicing, payroll, etc.) Handle HR-related administration (onboarding, benefits coordination, documentation) Manage inventory accounting for raw materials (grain, hops, packaging) and finished goods, utilizing EKOS brewery software Work with the brewery production team to ensure EKOS brewery software is maintained accurately Complete the financial month-end close process and produce accurate P&L statements that break down performance by department Utilize cash flow model to monitor cash positions to ensure vendor payments are balanced with revenue cycles Lead the budgeting and financial forecasting process Publish regular flash reports for key financial metrics (brew sales, pub sales, labor) Oversee general office operations, vendors, and supplies Help coordinate internal communications and team logistics Prepare and submit multiple excise tax filings and restaurant sales/use tax filings Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field 3-7+ years of accounting experience, ideally with some experience in the craft brewery, distillery, or restaurant industry Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes Highly organized with strong attention to detail Proficiency utilizing software like QuickBooks Online, Excel, Toast, EKOS, etc. Strong communication skills with ability to work cross-functionallyPay:
