Responsibilities Manage the full spectrum of auto loan processing, including credit analysis, contract preparation, TILA (Truth in Lending Act) compliance, and title processing Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized financial solutions and expert guidance Conduct thorough credit evaluations to determine loan eligibility and terms that benefit both the customer and dealership Upsell additional financial products such as extended warranties, insurance options, and service plans to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue Negotiate terms with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements while adhering to company policies and legal standards Utilize financial software efficiently to process loans, generate reports, and maintain accurate records of all transactions Collaborate closely with sales teams to support automobile sales efforts by providing timely financing options and closing deals effectively Skills Proven experience in automotive finance management or loan officer roles within a dealership setting Strong knowledge of financial services, credit analysis, contracts, and title processing procedures Excellent customer relationship management skills with a focus on delivering outstanding service Ability to perform basic math accurately for calculations related to loans, interest rates, payments, and credit limits Skilled in negotiation techniques to secure favorable terms for both customers and the dealership Familiarity with automotive sales processes and dealership operations Proficiency in financial software applications and 10-key typing for efficient data entry Knowledge of TILA regulations ensuring compliance during loan disclosures and agreements
