Job Description
Catholic Social Services of the Upper Peninsula (CSSUP) is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Financial & Business Manager to join our administrative team in Marquette, Michigan. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, this position is responsible for overseeing the agency's day-to-day accounting and financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow, audits, payroll oversight, grant financial management, and bank reconciliations. The Financial & Business Manager will also work closely with the Executive Director, Finance Committee, and Board of Directors to provide accurate financial information and support sound financial decision-making. This is a great opportunity for someone who is financially knowledgeable, highly organized, comfortable taking ownership of their work, and interested in using their skills to support an organization serving vulnerable populations throughout the Upper Peninsula.
