full-time Position Summary Our Full-time Engagement Professionals are key members of our consulting team, providing hands-on leadership and subject-matter expertise to clients across multiple industries. This role is ideal for accomplished finance and accounting professionals who thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy variety, and take pride in delivering value-driven solutions. You'll partner with Robert Half clients to manage interim leadership roles, critical projects, and process improvement initiatives in areas such as month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, analysis, system implementations, and audit preparation. Key Responsibilities Lead or support senior-level accounting and finance functions including month-end close, consolidations, and financial reporting. Serve as an interim Controller, Accounting Manager, Finance Manager, or Senior Accountant for client organizations. Develop and maintain accurate financial models, forecasts, and variance analyses to support strategic decision-making. Manage process improvement initiatives, including system upgrades, automation, and internal control enhancements. Assist with ERP implementations, audit readiness, and compliance projects. Collaborate closely with client leadership and Robert Half management to ensure engagement success. Adapt quickly to various client environments while maintaining strong professional standards and client service excellence. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred. 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, including leadership or senior-level roles. Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and month-end close processes. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, QuickBooks Enterprise). Exceptional analytical skills, business acumen, and communication ability. Proven adaptability and success in fast-paced, changing environments.
