Finance Manager

About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, drive process improvements, and provide valuable insights to management. Strong analytical skills and experience with ERP systems are essential for success. Responsibilities Oversee the preparation of monthly financial statements, including domestic, foreign, and consolidated reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Spearhead the coordination and planning of the annual external audit, working closely with the audit firm to ensure a smooth and efficient process. Identify and implement process improvements and internal controls within the accounting department to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Generate insightful financial reports and communicate key information to management, supporting informed decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, R&D, service, and sales/marketing, to provide financial guidance and support for various projects. Partner with foreign subsidiaries to ensure consistent system processes and accurate financial reporting. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial data, system entries, and reports, implementing corrective actions to prevent future errors. Recommend and implement changes to company processes and policies, developing financial solutions that drive bottom-line impact. Qualifications Required Skills 5+ years of experience in accounting within a manufacturing environment. 3+ years of supervisory experience, leading and developing accounting teams. 3+ years of experience working with a large ERP system (e.g., Oracle, SAP B1). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance. Preferred Skills Strong financial analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and active listening. CMA or CPA certification. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
