Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership across HR, finance, and organizational operations by driving accountability, process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and alignment with company goals and core values. Lead all human resources functions, including workforce planning, recruitment, employee development, compensation and benefits, payroll, employee relations, compliance, and organizational culture initiatives. Oversee workplace safety, risk management, workers' compensation, insurance programs, and regulatory compliance while fostering a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement. Eventual oversight of financial management and strategy, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, audits, cash flow, internal controls, and financial performance analysis to support sustainable growth and profitability.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Management, Finance, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred) 7+ years of leadership experience in HR, Management or Finance. Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee management, labor laws, and regulations. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Ability to oversee finances, reporting, compliance, and internal controls.Benefits
