Job Description
Position Overview Paisley Park is seeking a Finance Manager to support financial operations, budgeting, and reporting. This role will work closely with leadership to ensure accurate financial management and support organizational priorities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic, event-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable Prepare and maintain financial reports and reconciliations Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Track and reconcile event and operational expenses Maintain financial records and internal controls Assist with payroll coordination and contractor payments Support audit preparation and work with external accounting partners Monitor revenue and expenses and provide financial insights to leadership Assist with vendor agreements and financial documentation as needed Support tax-related documentation and coordination with external tax advisors Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred CPA certification preferred 5+ years of finance or accounting experience Knowledge of tax compliance, reporting, and coordination with external tax partners Experience with budgeting and financial reporting Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls Proficiency in accounting software and Excel/Google Sheets Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Work Environment Fast-paced, collaborative environment Event-driven schedule with occasional extended hours as needed Compensation Salary - $75 - $85K This role is responsible for supporting the financial health of the organization through accurate reporting, thoughtful planning, and day-to-day financial oversight.
