Automotive Finance Manager Kruse Ford Lincoln is looking for an experienced, customer-focused Automotive Finance Manager to join our growing team. We are searching for a driven professional who is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience while helping our guests secure financing and protection products that best fit their needs. Position Summary As our Automotive Finance Manager, you will play a vital role in the vehicle purchasing experience by guiding customers through financing options, lender programs, and vehicle protection products with professionalism, transparency, and integrity. You will work closely with our sales team and lending partners to create a seamless buying process while maximizing customer satisfaction and dealership profitability. Key Responsibilities Assist customers in securing financing that best fits their individual needs and budget. Present finance, warranty, protection, and aftermarket products in a professional, educational, and transparent manner. Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, lenders, and manufacturer finance programs. Ensure all finance documentation is accurate, compliant, and completed efficiently. Structure financing options that provide value to both the customer and the dealership. Maintain a thorough understanding of manufacturer incentives, lender programs, and automotive finance regulations. Partner closely with the sales team to provide an outstanding purchase experience from start to finish. Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and dealership policies regarding finance and insurance products. Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the vehicle purchase. Help foster a positive, team-oriented culture built on integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of Automotive Finance Manager experience with a strong emphasis on finance and insurance operations. Proven history of strong finance performance and customer satisfaction. Excellent negotiation and closing skills while maintaining complete transparency and integrity. Strong knowledge of automotive lending, finance products, and compliance requirements. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment. Strong computer and dealership software proficiency. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
