Patient Access Supervisor / Revenue Cycle Supervisor (Night Shift)

Short JD:

Seeking an experienced Patient Access Supervisor to lead hospital registration and revenue cycle operations. Responsibilities include supervising patient access staff, managing scheduling, overseeing patient registration, insurance verification, financial clearance, collections support, performance monitoring, and resolving escalated issues. Must have 3+ years of hospital-based Patient Access or Acute Revenue Cycle experience and prior lead/supervisory experience. Strong communication, problem-solving, and team management skills required.

Schedule:

40 hours/week, primarily 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (night shift) with flexibility to support a 24/7 operation.

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED 3+ years of hospital Patient Access or Revenue Cycle experience Previous Supervisor or Team Lead experience Strong communication and organizational skills Medical, dental, and vision insurance are available to qualified candidates who meet eligibility requirements.
