- This position works out of our New Brighton location in the Structural Heart division.
- What You'll Work On

Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a finance team of four members, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure effective performance and professional growth. +P&L Management:
Oversee and manage the P&L for the sales operations across four franchises, ensuring accurate financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting. +Financial Compliance:
Ensure adherence to financial regulations, policies, and procedures, maintaining high standards of financial integrity and compliance. +Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives, driving profitability and growth across the franchises. +Budgeting & Forecasting:
Develop, monitor, and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. +Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, franchise managers, and executive leadership, providing financial insights and recommendations. +Process Improvement:
Identify and implement process improvements and best practices to streamline financial operations, enhance accuracy, and optimize resources.- Required Qualifications
- + Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field + Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. + Strong knowledge of P&L management, financial analysis, and reporting. + Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. + Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Preferred Qualifications
- + Advanced level degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline + Medical Device Experience + Experience working large ERP systems (i.e. SAP), Hyperion Planning/Essbase systems and Dodeca (https://www.jobs.abbott/us/en)
