What We're Looking For:

2+ years automotive experience (required) Special finance experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of subprime lending and deal structure Proven ability to analyze credit and get deals approved High urgency and attention to detail (funding accuracy matters) Excellent communication and closing skills Team player with a strong work ethic Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Work Schedule:

Flexible schedule between 8 AM - 8 PM Rotating Saturdays Qualifications Primary duties will consist of but not limited to: Structure and desk special finance deals within lender guidelines Work leads and customers with challenged credit Submit, negotiate, and finalize approvals with lenders Ensure fast, clean funding (CIT management) Verify stipulations and maintain deal compliance Conduct credit interviews and accurately submit applications Present and sell F&I products (GAP, service contracts, credit insurance) Build and maintain strong lender relationships Track contracts in transit and funding progress Partner with sales and management on deal structure Deliver exceptional customer experience from approval through delivery
