full-time Responsibilities Lead and manage the organization's accounting operations, including general ledger oversight, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations. Support and help drive the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to ensure timely, accurate financial reporting. Develop, implement, and enhance accounting policies, procedures, and process improvements to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy. Partner with external auditors, oversee special projects, and lead, coach, and evaluate accounting staff to support team performance and business priorities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related. 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, including general ledger management and financial close responsibilities. 4+ years of leadership experience managing and developing staff. Preferred Qualifications CPA certification. Manufacturing industry experience.
