$90,000 - $120,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications

Full-Time Join Our Finance Team We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our growing organization. This role is ideal for an experienced accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership of financial processes while partnering with team leaders to support organizational success. Key Responsibilities Lead month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and account analysis. Perform daily, weekly, monthly payroll tasks for office and hourly employees. Perform all aspects of the accounts payable and disbursements cycle. Analyze financial results and identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies. Coordinate with external auditors and support annual audit requirements. Maintain fixed asset records and oversee depreciation schedules. Develop and improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting efficiencies. Mentor and support junior accounting staff as needed. Participate in special projects, acquisitions, system implementations, and process improvement initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5+ years of progressive accounting experience. Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with ERP systems preferred (Epicor, Sage, Traild AP Automation). Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
