Founded in 1982, Treasure Lake RV Resort Club Inc. is a gated, deeded RV resort located in Branson, Missouri. As a 501(c)(7) nonprofit organization, we operate for the benefit of our Owners and Guests, not shareholders. Spread across 340 acres, we offer a unique and welcoming environment built on a strong sense of community and a commitment to exceptional service. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of financial operations at Treasure Lake RV Resort Club Inc. This position is responsible for supervising the Finance Team, managing day-to-day accounting and reporting activities, ensuring compliance with internal controls and nonprofit financial regulations, and supporting strategic financial planning for the organization. This role reports directly to the General Manager and serves as a key resource to senior leadership and the Board of Directors. Key Responsibilities Financial Oversight Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger activity Oversee all cash handling and deposit procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal controls Monitor bank accounts and reconcile balances regularly Lead the monthly and year-end closeout processes Budgeting & Reporting Prepare and manage the annual operating budget in collaboration with department heads and senior leadership Generate monthly financial statements and reporting packages for the General Manager and Board of Directors Provide variance analysis and financial forecasting to support operational decisions Team Leadership Supervise and support the Finance Clerk Maintain and update financial procedures and train staff on proper protocols Foster a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement Audit & Compliance Coordinate and support external audits and internal financial reviews Ensure compliance with applicable nonprofit financial regulations and 501(c)(7) standards Maintain organized records for audits, taxes, and organizational transparency Systems & Process Improvement Maintain accounting systems and work with IT to support secure and efficient financial operations Evaluate current processes and implement improvements for better efficiency and internal controlQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Proven experience in a financial leadership role, preferably within the hospitality or resort industry. Experience with QuickBooks Online Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance. Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills. Strong Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, reporting) Why Join Treasure Lake?
