Job Description
The Opportunity As an FP&A Tech, Anaplan Director, you will lead efforts within our Finance practice to enhance client financial performance and decision-making processes. You will analyze financial data, develop performance metrics, and design frameworks that drive operational efficiency and strategic objectives. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and inspire others to follow, playing a crucial role in driving business growth and shaping client engagements. You are expected to uphold PwC's reputation for quality, integrity, and inclusion, fostering a healthy working environment while maximizing client satisfaction. In this role at PwC, you will mentor the next generation of leaders and actively collaborate across the PwC Network, leveraging collective strengths to convert market opportunities into successes for the firm. You will develop new ideas and solutions, promote technological advances, and create environments where people and technology thrive together. Your leadership will be instrumental in identifying gaps in the market and driving change by addressing system-level enablers, confirming adherence to professional and technical standards. Responsibilities
- Leading the development and implementation of financial performance management frameworks to enhance client decision-making processes
- Analyzing financial data to develop performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive operational efficiency
- Designing and executing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to align with strategic objectives
- Overseeing the integration of financial management software to optimize client financial performance
- Providing strategic guidance on cost reduction and financial forecasting to support client financial goals
- Collaborating with clients to identify opportunities for process optimization and performance improvement
- Utilizing data visualization software to present complex financial data in an accessible format
- Mentoring and coaching team members to cultivate their potential and drive business growth
- Promoting technological advances and innovative solutions within financial management consulting
- Building and maintaining executive-level client relationships to support business development efforts What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience in Anaplan tool What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Risk Management/Insurance
- Demonstrating strategic leadership in financial planning and analysis
- Utilizing Anaplan for complex data analysis and financial modeling
- Driving business growth through innovative financial solutions
- Cultivating executive-level client relations and mentoring future leaders
- Promoting technological advances in FP&A technology environments
- Translating vision into actionable strategies for market success The salary range for this position is: $155,000
- $410,000.
